Iqrup + Ritz (Design and Luxury Furniture Retail) is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (Luxury Design Online and Offline) to join our expert team and help support our business expansion plans.
We look for people that thrive on working in a customer-focused environment and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, have a good eye for design, well presented, computer literate with a good understanding of basic math.
LOCATION:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
2 - 5 years in a premium/luxury, fashion, or design
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
> Responsible for providing sales and services for customers via telephone, in person at the studio, email, and other channels.
> Taking the customer through the sales journey from product advice to raising quotations, booking deliveries, and sales aftercare.
> Maintaining the high standard of the studio ambiance by ensuring the lighting, cooling, fragrance, cleanliness & merchandise display at the store.
> Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
> Stock management and handling operations & coordinating with vendors
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
> Proven sales experience in a related product or service in a premium/luxury, fashion, or design brand (Minimum 2- 5 years)
> Bachelor's degree in design, hotel management, business, or a related field
> Is able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English in a friendly and professional manner
> Must be commercially minded and has the ability to understand what works and doesn't to quickly adapt
> Strong attention to detail. Good with numbers and Microsoft Excel

>Create web graphics, marketing collateral, and written content consistent with our brand image and positioning
>Create design-forward and creative content for our website, blog, newsletters, and social media channels
>Assist in photography for new product launches and campaigns
>Photoshop retouching and image selection for product launches
>Create unique stories around product launches that integrate tightly across all communication channels
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
>Is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about design
>Has a degree in design (e.g. graphic design, visual communication), or equivalent combination of education and experience
>Should be able to design within an established brand identity system
>Has Advanced Adobe skills
>Has an eye on the latest trends

- HEAD OF OPERATIONS
qrup + Ritz (Design and Luxury Furniture Retail) is looking for a Head of Operations to oversee all operations for Iqrup + Ritz (Luxury Furniture and Design) including production, manufacturing, and logistics. Supervise and manage the production and logistics teams for greater productivity and quality..
LOCATION:
Gurgaon, Full Time
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
> Prepare project production plans for all furniture orders
> Prepare monthly / weekly / daily work targets and progress reports
> Guide and verify the various departments about their targets and help to achieve them.
> Have complete knowledge of good production practices - 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
> Uplift the production efficiency to the maximum possible limits
> Ensure products meet high-quality standards
> Streamline internal cost centres, billing and external purchasing, and vendors
> Ensure that operations scale up to support an increase in business. Work on strategic initiatives like expanding factory, staff, artisans, and machinery
> Manage monthly reports and dashboard for operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
> B.Tech / B. eng / B. Arch candidate from a reputed university
> Minimum 7 years of experience in operations for a similar company
> Experience in managing Furniture craftsmen (Carpentry, Upholstery, Polishing, Warehouse, Packaging teams)
> Excellent at documentation preparing reports, bill of materials, and other documents
> Excellent Vendor negotiation and management skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
> Participate in all stages of new collection (furniture, home decor, home furnishings) design from development from ideation, design to prototyping
> In-depth understanding of all products and responsibility for product checking and quality control
> Create sketches, layouts and moodboards for clients
> Responding to and resolving client queries. Managing client journey from BOQ/Invoice to Delivery.
> Actively participate in design and execution of product and studio display
> Liaise with external designers and suppliers
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
> Is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about design
> Has a degree in Interior Design/Furniture Design or Architecture from a top Design School and a minimum of 3 years of experience
> Is proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
> Is keen to take on responsibility and is extremely execution focused
> Is able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English in a friendly and professional manner
> Is highly organised, self-motivated and attentive to detail
