Elle Decor’s December 2019–January 2020 edition celebrated design that elevates the rhythm of daily life—featuring not one but two of our pieces: the Christie Desk and the Maurice Shelf.

The Christie Desk was highlighted for its clarity of form and elegance of proportion. Designed as a space of focus and inspiration, it transforms the workday into a ritual of refinement. Subtle detailing and a restrained silhouette make it both functional and quietly commanding—an ideal companion for moments of thought and creation.

Elsewhere in the edition, the Maurice Shelf stood tall with sculptural poise. Defined by curved Art Deco lines and slender brass legs, it offers storage as architecture—each shelf becoming a canvas for books, art, and objects of meaning. At once practical and decorative, it turns display into design theatre.

Together, though captured separately, these two features underscore a shared philosophy: that even the most everyday gestures—writing at a desk, arranging a shelf—deserve a setting of elegance. With this dual spotlight, Elle Decor affirmed Iqrup + Ritz’s vision of creating future classics that bring artistry to the everyday.
