1. How do I get started? 

Getting started is simple. You can book a Design Consultation directly through our website by filling out a quick form with your timeline and requirements. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp or book a Virtual Meeting with our design team.  

2. What are the Design Fees? 

Our Design Consultation services offer an efficient, flexible alternative to traditional full-service interior design (perfect for clients who don't need architectural or civil renovations). The fees are structured into tailored packages based on the scope of your space—whether it’s a single room or an entire home. Once we understand your requirements during our initial chat, we will share a customized quote.

3. Will there be a single point of contact (SPOC) for me? 

Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated expert designer from our team who will be your single point of contact. They will work closely with you through every step—from the initial mood boards to the final styling—ensuring a seamless, highly personalized experience.

5. What is included/ provided in the DC service? 

Our comprehensive Design Consultation is tailored to bring your vision to life and includes:

  • Mood Boards & Floorplans: Curated imagery, colors, and layout plans focused on improving the flow and functionality of your space.
  • Furniture Selection: Handpicking the best pieces and adjusting them to your exact specifications, from configurations to dimensions.
  • Materials & Finishes: Selecting from our extensive, curated range of luxurious global fabrics, leathers, woods, and metals.
  • Styling & Accessories: Adding the final refined touches with curated décor, throw cushions, curtains, rugs, and lighting to create a complete look.

6.⁠ ⁠Can I still avail it if I have some existing furniture that I want to retain?

Yes, we understand some pieces hold sentimental or practical value. Our design team can accommodate a select few key items within your new space. That said, a Design Consultation is most effective, and delivers the most cohesive result, when it's built around a fresh, considered selection of Iqrup + Ritz furniture. We will always guide you toward the choices that bring your vision together most beautifully.

7. Do you do kitchens/ bathrooms? 

No, but we can help you with styling, selecting complementary premium materials, and adding those refined finishing touches to ensure these spaces flow beautifully with the overall aesthetic of your home.

8. Will someone from the team visit the site? 

We offer highly efficient Virtual Meetings and consultations directly from our Gurgaon studio for your convenience. However, depending on the scope and location of your project, site visits by our design team can certainly be arranged to take exact measurements and get a true feel for the space.

9. What happens if there is a delay at site? 

If there is an unexpected delay at your site, please communicate with your dedicated designer as soon as possible. We will happily coordinate and adjust the delivery of your crafted pieces to align with your revised timeline. (Note: Depending on the length of the delay, nominal warehousing/storage charges may apply once the customized pieces are ready for dispatch).

10. What is the Payment structure? 

Design Consultation package fees (if separate from product purchases) are structured based on the specific design package chosen and will be outlined clearly during your initial consultation.

11. Site setup / Do you provide installation services? 

Yes. As part of the "Styling & Accessories" phase of our Design Consultation, our expert design team is there to help with the final setup. We assist in placing the bespoke furniture, layering rugs, hanging lighting, and arranging décor so that your finished space looks exactly like the finalized mood board.
